Where we deliver

We deliver within India. Tell us your pincode when you enquire and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after we confirm the order with you.
• Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. We give you an estimate when you confirm your order.
• Delays can happen because of weather, holidays or courier issues. We will keep you informed.

Shipping charges

Any delivery charge is told to you together with the price before you confirm an order. There are no hidden charges added afterwards.

Receiving your order

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is visibly damaged, please note it with the delivery person and contact us the same day.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your name, order details and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we pay the return shipping.

Change-of-mind returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories.
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Items that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery, and items made to your special request, cannot be returned.

How to request a return

Call us or send a message with your order details and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Once we receive and check the item, your refund is handled as described in our Refund Policy.
